"Create a Unique Space with Fusion Interior Design Projects"
Our clients, Lucy and Paul, contacted us to arrange a meeting to discuss the refurbishment of their Grade II listed 1950's apartment in Ham, Richmond.
We had an initial discussion to talk about budget, timescales, style and the practical elements needed in the apartment such as storage, seating and privacy. Lucy & Paul compiled a wish list of everything they wanted and we then worked through that list in terms of how it would impact on the budget, was it worthwhile enough and was it actually possible.
A contingency sum was allowed for due to the age of the apartment and this helps with allowing for surprises in an older building and helps reduce stress during the project.
We gutted the kitchen and bathroom and modified them as per the design replacing all wiring and plumbing as required.
New radiators were fitted, remote controls blinds were installed and new vinyl Karndean flooring was fitted.
A bespoke media unit was designed and installed in the lounge to give extra storage and to display accessories and artwork.
Custom wardrobes, storage and a dressing table made good use of wasted space in the main bedroom and a bespoke unit was made for the hallway for coats, shoes and a tambour unit created a fantastic small desk area.

“After researching several interior design companies and comparing them with Fusion's website, especially about them, their experience and the testimonials we decide to book a consultation with Jan to discuss our brief, which was to completely refit the interior of our Grade II listed apartment in the iconic Parkleys 'Span' development in Ham, Richmond, which included a replacement kitchen, bathroom and radiators.
